Hao Fan

Hao Fan is a visiting PhD student in the School of Creative Technologies at the University of Portsmouth. He is also pursuing his PhD’s degree in Computer Application Technology at the Ocean University of China. In 2012 and 2014, he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Technology at the Ocean University of China respectively.
